Our Sleep Director, Michelle Sands, was featured in an article on Empire State Today, where she discussed how deviated septums can be a sleep apnea trigger. She explained: “Deviated septums are a common cause of nasal obstruction, making it challenging for individuals to breathe through their noses.” She further stressed an approach to treating sleep apnea that doesn’t use a bulky CPAP machine. Here at Silent Night Therapy, we offer a CPAP alternative that can be just as effective at treating sleep apnea.
