A safer sleep consultation begins before you come in!
When you call our office to make an appointment, our patient coordinators will ask you some Covid-19 screening questions, to make sure you haven’t been exposed to the virus. If you have, we’ll ask you to reschedule. This helps keep everyone healthy.
Once you have scheduled your appointment, you will be asked to complete any necessary patient paperwork online before you come in. In our continued effort to prevent the spread of germs, our office is going paperless for your safety.
You will be asked to call the office when you arrive outside. If we are not quite ready for you, we will ask that you wait outside of the office to comply with social distancing practices. When we are ready to invite you in the office, we will call or send a text.
We’ll take your temperature with a contactless thermometer. If your temperature is high, we’ll help you reschedule.
For your safety, we are staggering our appointments. This also gives us time to sterilize the operatory rooms between patients.
In preparation for your appointment, 20 minutes beforehand your consultation room will be sanitized and decontaminated. Every item in the room that you may touch will be wiped down before you enter.
Our state-of-the-art air purifiers will be running and produce medical-grade, surgically clean air for your safety.
Our team members will be wearing full PPE including gowns, head covers, face guards, gloves, and masks. Though you may not be able to clearly see their friendly faces, rest assured that you’ll receive the same excellent care that you always have at Silent Night Therapy.
When you enter your treatment room, we’ll ask you to wash your hands before you sit down. We’ll also ask you to rinse with hydrogen peroxide that will deaden any germs before the doctor or hygienist begins your treatment.
At the end of each day, our practices will be environmentally cleaned and fumigated with a fog that will kill any remaining traces of the virus on surface areas.
Due to the extra precautions we must take, our practice is adopting a \$40 cancellation fee for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
